I am ashamed to say but this was my fiirst time in eating at a Wagamamas. We were a large group of 8, We were met with a lovely server, who made us laugh, and had a great customer service, first impressions mean alot. I had the firecracker Chicken, it was spicy, tasty, hot and delicious It's set in a nice area of surrounding pubs / restaurants, I would say Wagas was the busiest, so speaks for its self. Only negative, we all were given our food and one of our party waited i would say 10mins for his after we were served all ours. Not to good, and i do believe in waiting until all food is served before eating. Definitely worth a visit, you don't book, you just walk in - you also can be placed next to other people, so if you don't like the sound of that, not really the place for you when its busy. For it being my first time, I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back.
Went there for a date night - wonderful service, delicious food, great experience all round. Prices are reasonable for the food served. Dishes took a while to arrive, but not unreasonable waiting times. We ordered the beef ramen, the pad Thai and the steamed buns as a side, along with cherry blossom lemonade and green teas. All was delicious and would happily eat here again. Portion sizes were very generous - not ridiculous, but you definitely won't be leaving hungry! Toilet facilities were clean and nice.
Food was incredible as always but the service was impeccable! The gentleman who served us wore a black All Saints T-shirt. We were there at 10pm on 6/9/25 and they were unbelievably attentive. All the staff were amazing.
Came here for a lunchtime catchup with some friends from work. Bearing in mind it was Easter hols at 12pm, the venue was reasonably populated, but not full by any means. Despite there being quite a few staff milling about, there didn't seem to be anyone manning the front of house area (there is one here, otherwise we would have just sat down somewhere). We were seated after a brief delay. And then came the slightly longer delay of getting served. Which we did eventually - and from that point onwards - all was good. The menu piqued interest and the young lady serving us was attentive, friendly and helpful. Even showed us how to pay using the QR code on the table, which was a great idea. I opted for a chicken ramen with a side order of red chillies. My friends had a variety of battered shrimp and what I can only describe as "dumplings" and bao buns. The food was on point. An amazing culinary experience. Highly recommended.
Always a tasty meal at Wagamamas and this was no exception! The servers were all super friendly and the good came super fast. We will definitely be back. No wait to be seated at Saturday lunchtime which was fantastic.
